We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Supervisor with 4-5 years of experience in managing and supervising construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee and manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Supervision:

Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Monitor the progress of construction work and provide regular updates to senior management.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant applications.
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work meets industry standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals.
Provide guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in managing and supervising construction projects.

Education: A degree in Civil Engineering.
Skills:
