Responsibilities:
Create and prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods
Develop and test new recipes and menu items
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
Manage and oversee the preparation and production processes in the bakery
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Train and supervise junior bakery staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
Creative and able to design and execute innovative pastry concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
