Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and maintain high tension towers and related equipment
Perform inspections and troubleshoot any issues with HT towers
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure the integrity of HT towers
Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
Work at heights and in various weather conditions
Use specialized tools and equipment for installation and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively in English
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HT Tower Fitter or in a similar role
Ability to work at heights and in challenging conditions
Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards
Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good physical fitness and stamina
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Relevant certifications or training in HT tower fitting preferred
