Responsibilities:
Crop Management: Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Animal Care: Feeding, watering, and caring for livestock.
Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining agricultural machinery and equipment.
Soil Management: Preparing soil for planting, including plowing, fertilizing, and irrigation.
Pest Control: Applying pesticides and herbicides to crops.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on farm buildings, fences, and equipment.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of crops, livestock, and other farm activities.
General Farm Work: Assisting with various tasks as needed around the farm.
Skills:
Knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques
Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment
Physical stamina and strength for manual labor
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
