Job Description:
Supervise construction crews and daily site operations.
Ensure adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Interpret blueprints and provide instructions to workers.
Manage materials and equipment on-site.
Report project status and resolve issues.
Requirements:
Experience as a Civil Foreman.
Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards is a plus.
