Job Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all HR-related documents and records
Update and manage the internal HR database
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Coordinate HR activities and support various HR initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
