Job Location: Germany (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Assemble and install substation components, including transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers
Interpret and follow technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
Perform inspections and tests on substation equipment to ensure proper functioning
Troubleshoot and repair any issues with substation components
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively in English
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Assist in the commissioning of new substations and upgrades to existing ones
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Substation Assembler or in a similar role
Strong understanding of electrical systems and substation components
Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Good physical fitness and stamina
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Relevant certifications or training in electrical assembly preferred
